Tried this for the first time after finishing a day at the desk, felt the difference in my shoulders and neck that are often tight and painful by the time I log off work.
I love all these shorter classes. Even though I’m not doing them in the exact context they were originally put together for they make me stop and ‘get off the roller coaster’ and give myself 15-30 mins I wouldn’t otherwise have 🙂 #Namaste
